A talented team of 85 and growing. Three studios across Manchester, Leeds and Lancashire. Say hello to STM AGENCY. 

We’ve been on a bit of a journey to get here, and it all started back in 2019 when our parent company Shoot the Moon Group acquired JGM. Two years later in 2021, the Group of 3 specialist agencies merged with Delineo. And since then, we’ve been putting in the hard work so we can really thrive as a collective - uniting our teams, aligning our processes, and creating a vibrant culture of collaborative working. Now this has all come together, it’s time to make it official. The full merger was the natural next step, and as of May 1st, we’ll forever be STM AGENCY.   

We’re one team, with one mission: to grow the businesses we work with by harnessing the power of a concept we call ‘Perpetual Thinking’. This means we never stand still – we’re always looking for the next big idea, the most innovative technology, or the exciting new opportunity to capitalise on. Our clients are on that journey with us – with open minds, we create valuable growth in ways they’d often never considered before.     

One of the best things about becoming STM AGENCY is that we can give our clients unlimited access to all the amazing talent across our combined team. To help us do this in the most effective way, we’ve established three dedicated teams that span our three specialist disciplines:  

STM CREATE: content, copy and design specialists who unite to tell memorable brand stories. But our creatives don’t just tell a story… they feel it, live it and believe it, so the audience will too.  

STM REACH: Clever content and inspiring creative count for nothing if they don’t get in front of the right people. Enter STM REACH - performance strategists with the analytical minds to execute campaigns that deliver.  

STM CODE: developers who convert browsers to buyers by creating compelling online experiences. They take clients on a journey through discovery, design and development, all the way to going live – building the digital spaces that immerse audiences in a brand.  

Alongside STM AGENCY, we’re supported by our two sister agencies who have the specialist skills to deliver on sector-specific projects. Anytime After Nine are trusted creative collaborators in healthcare communications, striking the careful balance of trust, credibility and longevity this industry needs. Then there’s Eat & Breathe – our award-winning food & drink content studio.   

With this new setup, we’ve defined our space in the market to offer clients the best of both worlds. STM AGENCY combines the big thinking you’d expect from a large agency, with the flexibility and expertise of a leaner specialist. And in doing so, we aim to hit that independent sweet spot. Everything we do, we do with agility – so we can react to all the changes in this fast-paced world and capitalise on every possible opportunity. We do it with curiosity, asking the important questions to get to the heart of the matter. And we do it with the smile that comes from making things simple for our clients – and taking every brief as a chance to do something really special.    

The next chapter starts here. Moving into the second half of 2024 and beyond, we’ll continue to strengthen our proposition, embrace emerging technologies, and help brands grow – adopting and developing AI into our workflow to complement the amazing talent within our team.
