We're delighted to share that STM AGENCY has been named 22nd in the UK's Best Workplaces for Women™ 2026 list, placing us among 100 brilliant organisations recognised across the country.
The list celebrates workplaces that are creating genuinely positive and inclusive experiences for women, from providing fair opportunities to develop and progress, to removing barriers and building a culture where everyone can thrive.
For us, this recognition means a great deal because it is shaped by the honest and anonymous feedback of the people who work here. With 100% of our team believing people care about each other here and 98% believing people are treated fairly regardless of their gender.
Those results reflect something we’ve always worked hard to create at STM: a friendly, supportive workplace where people feel respected, valued and able to be themselves.
We’re always looking at how we can make life at STM even better. From flexible working, a dedicated menopause policy and readily available period products, to supporting ambitious career paths and maintaining strong female representation across senior roles, we want women at STM to feel supported at every stage of their working lives.
We also create opportunities to come together, learn and celebrate, including our International Women’s Day watch party, which explored themes such as building confidence and female empowerment in the workplace.
Great Place To Work® determines the list by analysing confidential feedback from women about their everyday experiences at work. This includes how supported and valued they feel, the opportunities available to them and whether the organisation’s values and leadership are experienced consistently across the business. They then used these data insights to benchmark our company's employee value proposition against the culture our employees actually experience. Only the businesses that achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
